Registration

The registration fee, which includes coffee breaks, 1 lunch and 1 dinner on Friday 18 May, 1 lunch on Saturday 19 May, and room for 1 night (including breakfast) on 18 May at Città del Mare Hotel Village, is:

• 190 Euro (170 EUR) for single room accommodation
• 170 Euro (150 EUR) for double room accommodation
• 110 Euro (90 EUR) no room

ABCD members (or participants belonging to an ABCD member’s laboratory^*) who are up-to-date with their membership fees will receive a 20 EUR discount on their registration fee.

Registration fee payments received after the deadline will be subject to a late payment charge of 30 EUR, which will be added to the total cost.

NB: The payment date is considered as the date in which payment is credited to the ABCD account (not when the payment procedure is initiated).

^*To benefit from this discount, a confirmation must be provided by the direct supervisor (further details are available during registration procedure).

Upon registration, a confirmation e-mail is sent to you; this message contains, amongst other information, a reference number. Please do not process your payment without this reference number—thank you for your cooperation.

Payment is possible by credit card or bank transfer.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations with a refund request must be sent by e-mail to the secretariat and must be accompanied by a valid justification. Refunds will be decided case by case by the organising secretariat. If accepted, cancellations within 23 April 2012 will be refunded fully, minus an administrative charge of 30 EUR; cancellations within 30 April 2012 will be refunded only by 50% of the total package price; no refunds will be provided after 30 April 2012.

Fellowships

The ABCD provides fellowships to cover meeting expenses to young ABCD members (under 35) or whose group leader is an ABCD associate (2012 ABCD membership paid). The request for this fellowship is made during the registration procedure. Please note that candidates will be evaluated only after payment of the registration fee.
